Eating egg is good for your health. And 1 little egg has many vitamins which are necessary to your health. Vitamin B2 helps your body to break down food into energy. And it is found in the egg. Vitamin B12 is very important for producing red blood cells. This vitamin also found in the egg. The other vitamin which is found in the egg is Vitamin A (retinol). It is good for your eyesight. So the other vitamin is Vitamin E (tocopherol). It fights off the free radicals that can cause tissue and its cellular damage, it may lead to cancer.

And Vitamins A and B2 are important for growth.  Make sure your kids are eating eggs regularly. Eggs have many benefits which are best for your health. So the special thing is that eating eggs can help you lose weight. It is used for weight loss.

So this might come as a surprise to those people who think of eggs as fattening and unhealthy.

But a research carried out by the Rochester Center for Obesity Research.

Eating eggs for breakfast helps limit your calorie intake daily, by more than four hundred calories. It shows you could lose three pounds or more per month.

It maybe, because eggs keep you full for longer, meaning you are less likely to succumb to a mid-morning snack or stuff yourself at lunchtime. Eggs have many benefits which are best for your health.

And eggs contain cholesterol. But it is dietary cholesterol. It is very different from the blood cholesterol in your body.

Even though the health recommendations of the past. There is no proof that eating eggs will increase your blood cholesterol levels. The eating eggs as a teenager could help prevent breast cancer as an adult. It is found in research by Harvard University in 2003. Another study showed in 2005, that women eating at least six eggs per week.

It had a forty-four percent lower risk of developing breast cancer than women who ate 2 or fewer eggs each week.  Researchers from the University of North Carolina found that choline can reduce the risk of breast cancer by 24 percent (present in egg yolks).

The yolk of an egg contains 125.5 milligrams of choline(present in egg yolks). It is about a quarter of the recommended daily intake. So just 2 poached eggs for breakfast provides half your choline for the day.
