Tyyeba violence Suo Moto, demand investigation report within 3 days
Islamabad: Supreme Court has ordered DIG Islamabad to construct a team in order to investigate upon Tyyeba violence case and also asked for the report within 3 days.
Under the supervision of Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar, the 2- member bench did the hearing of a Suo moto notice case of the violence on a maid of Additional session judge. Court ordered to the DIG police to build a committee in order to investigate the case, and that present the report in front of court within 3 days, whereas police asked for the time of 2 weeks to construct the report but the court rejected their request.
