The Western Bulldogs will take on North Melbourne in AFL Round 4 match.

AFL Round 4: Bulldogs won 9 out of 11 recent games, including a long-awaited flag. Last week they faced a defeat to Fremantle, which is only second of the Ross Lyon’s period, AFL Sports News.    

The game will be played on Good Friday at Etihad Stadium, meanwhile, Dogs won both their clashes in 2016.

They are eager to hunt Kangaroos for one more time; on the other hand, Kangaroos will fight hard to win the 4th game after 3 losses of the season.

North are desperate to open the account. They fight hard in all games but unfortunately, they lack the ability to grab the victory in all matches. Especially they were in charge against Geelong but lost the battle.

AFL Some Facts

The last match played between two was a low scoring match, Bulldogs managed to score 4 goals while Melbourne only grabbed 2 in the first half. While in the second half both managed to score 5 goals apiece, Kangaroos scored 84 extra disposals and Bulldogs lead ball inside 50, with 14 extra points. Furthermore, Marcus Bontempelli collected the three Brownlow votes.
AFL 2017 is hard on both, as two sides faced lots of difficulties to take the ball in 50. North Melbourne stands 11th with average 51.7%, and Bulldogs sits 12th with 49.7% per game.

Two of last 3 clashes belongs to Bulldogs, earlier Kangaroos had a consecutive 4 match victory run over Bulldogs from 2012-2014. On the other hand, Dogs never beat Kangaroos in consecutive four matches since 2010.

Bulldogs have the worst display of play in center clearance; they are struggling in 2017, with only 10% average per game. It seems not good in hits out too if we compare both teams, Kangaroos stands 3rd and Dogs stands 3rd last on the table.

The most interesting thing is, Melbourne is winless in 2017 and Dogs beat them today it will be the worst start for Kangaroos after 1975. Last time they started the season with four losses was in 1975, and they won their first ever premiership at that time. So it might be and omen for kangaroos.
